By following the steps to join the WhatsApp group you accept the terms and rules of the group. (read below)
We post deals to the group every Sunday at 7PM local (Finnish) time for holidays starting on a Tuesday the week after next. Note: we only post deals to the group if there are last minute vacancies left.
First person to claim the deal by replying to our WhatsApp message in the group, gets the deal. We’ll send the private booking link to you. You’ll have 12hrs to finalise the booking.
Group terms and rules:
– By joining the group you understand that your phone number will be visible to everyone in the group. However that is all that is visible, no names or details can be seen by others.
– The group is only for last minute deals offered and claimed. Any other questions or discussions won’t be allowed. If you have any questions regarding our holidays, please send us an email at contact@auroraholidays.net
– The first person to claim the deal by sending a WhatsApp message to the group , gets to claim the deal.
– We don’t reserve the deals posted in the group and expect any responses to claim the deal to be binding.
– Once the booking has been confirmed and payed for it is non refundable.
– When we post a deal to the group we specify which airport and at what time the included airport pick up will take place.
– We don’t use your phone number to anything else than communication within this WhatsApp group.
– You can leave the group at any time.
– If you are contacted by anyone other than us from the group please let us know immediately.
– The availability you may see on our book now site for a certain trip, does not have an effect on the last minute deals. (for example if it says the trip is full there might still be a cancellation that is not updated on the site, or if it says a certain amount of spots available; there might not be any last minute deals on offer as many factors influence the last minute deal availability.
