According to old myths, the Northern Lights appear when a fox is running along the sky. People believed that the sparks from the fox’s tail create the phenomenon that we call the Aurora Borealis. During your six-day adventure to Lapland, we will lead you into the wonderful and mystical realm of northern nature. Leading you on this adventure are our experienced Northern Lights guides. In Utsjoki, located in the far north of Finnish Lapland, the Northern Lights can be seen from September until the end of March. Nature is wonderful yet unpredictable, and as such we cannot always guarantee the appearance of the Northern Lights. Nevertheless, our experienced and passionate guides will always do their best to make your dream of seeing the Aurora Borealis come true and provide you with the best opportunities to experience everything Lapland has to offer. 

The Winter Northern Lights & Northern Norway holiday is an all-inclusive, Northern Lights-focused holiday package that includes accommodation in a Finnish holiday cottage with a private sauna, as well as food prepared with care from local ingredients and complimented by beverages reflecting the tastes of the North. In addition to the guided Northern Lights experiences included in the holiday package ( max three nights) The Utsjoki village tour, Meet & Feed the reindeer, and Day trip to Norway; you have the opportunity to book additional winter & cultural activities of your choice and according to your interests. All you have to do is arrive at Ivalo airport at the appointed time and we will take care of everything else.
