Our restaurant is open for locals, travellers and our resort guests through the year.

Order a cake or let us help you host an entire wedding, birthday, baptism etc We can comfortably seat up to 64 guests at the restaurant.

Restaurant Aurora Holidays is located on the bank of the mighty Teno River , overlooking a grand vista of Arctic wilderness. We are located 8 km east of the village of Utsjoki in northernmost Finnish Lapland.
Our small and cozy restaurant offers Sami, Finnish and Scandinavian cuisine and happily caters to all dietary needs.
As a Sami reindeer herding family, self raised free range reindeer is the star of our menu. We specialise in using fresh locally sourced ingredients and minimising food waste.
We want everyone to feel welcomed and to be able to enjoy a delicious worry free dining experience with us. We do this by having a wide selection of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options available. And having decor choices that promote inclusion of the lgbtq community for example.

MENU
We do our very best to reduce food waste and only use fresh and local products. As a result, some of the ingredients in our dishes might change depending on availability.
When you visit us as part of a holiday package, we will serve you daily dishes that might differ from this menu. Of course, we will also accommodate your dietary wishes.
Special diets
We know from personal experience how difficult it is to find restaurants that accommodate your particular diets. We pride ourselves in being flexible, and are able to offer you most of our dishes as gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. Any allergies? Please let us know and we will adjust the dish for your needs. There is no embarrassing request – we’ve truly got you for all your needs.
Our restaurant in Utsjoki has received the certificate of gluten free service from the Finnish Coeliac Society.
